Studio Office Manager
1920 are expanding in the new year and looking for an Office Manager . The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and well-functioning office environment, coordinating administrative tasks, and overseeing the client services team. This is a key role in creating a positive, productive, and well-organised workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Reception & Communication: With the team, serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring professional communication and reception.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate studio meetings, appointments, and staff events.
Social Media Management: Working with creative directors and producers to help develop engaging content for our social media platforms.
Facility Management: Ensure the studio is well-maintained and organised, liaise with building management for any facility-related issues.
Budget Management: Assist with purchasing office supplies, and managing office expenses.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining a safe working environment and managing emergency protocols.
HR Support: Assist with onboarding of new employees for company access and compliance training.
Event Coordination: Organise internal events such as team-building activities, meetings, and support client visits.
